Shipping Method & Delivery Time

Ground Shipping

• Cost: USPS Ground Advantage rates
• Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
• Availability: All 50 U.S. states

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. Some oversized items may require special handling and additional shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through our website or directly with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@shopbywire.com.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Shop by Wire Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible if requested before the order ships.

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

We ship to P.O. boxes via USPS for eligible items. Military APO/FPO addresses are accepted and typically follow standard shipping timelines, though delivery may take longer depending on location.

Peak Season Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (November-December), please allow additional processing and delivery time due to high order volumes and carrier delays.
