Shop by Wire Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase from us, you can return items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund of the item price (minus original shipping and handling costs). If the return is due to our error, we will also refund all shipping and handling costs.
Return Authorization Required
Important: Please contact us at support@shopbywire.com for authorization and return instructions before returning any item. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number prior to any return. Items sent back without an RMA Number will be refused and returned to sender.
Damaged Items
All items are shipped with insurance coverage. If you receive a damaged item:
- Keep the damaged item and all shipping materials
- Contact us immediately at support@shopbywire.com with photos of the damage
- We will provide instructions for replacement or full refund, including shipping costs
Unauthorized Returns and Restocking Fees
Items returned without prior authorization, refused deliveries, or packages returned due to customer-provided invalid addresses are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all applicable shipping and handling charges.
How to Return Items
- Contact support@shopbywire.com to obtain your RMA Number
- Package items securely in their original boxes with all accessories and documentation
- Clearly display your RMA Number on the outside of the return package
- Ship items prepaid and insured to the address provided with your RMA authorization
- Items must be in original condition and packaging to avoid damage during return shipping
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
